The builder of these townhomes, Primehaven Homes, has been in the industry with 20 years of experience, but they are new to the Austin area. They pride themselves on creating urban housing solutions ideal for young townhome and single-family homebuyers.
Location
This community is in a great location in Cedar Park. It’s going to be off of Old Mill Road and Lakeline, close to the major highways of 183 and 45. You’ll be 10 minutes away from the Apple campus.
The townhomes are going to be ideal for young professionals, singles, and couples in a great location close to everywhere.
Floor Plans
Park Place at Old Mill features three phases of the townhomes and once completed, it will have a total of 70 or two-story townhomes spread across about 13.5 acres of land. They will be offering collections and each collection has three to four floorplans that you can pick.
It’s either a three bedroom and a two and a half bath or a four bedroom and a three and a half bathroom. The square footage is going to range anywhere from 2,008 all the way up to 2,278 square feet.
These are two-story, two-garage on each other. The Parkside collection that’s going to be the neat collection where the townhomes are going to feature a roof-like balcony rooftop overlooking the 200-acre Lakelike Park that they just started building.

Homes for Sale in Park Place at Old Mill
Phase One should be ready by the Summer of 2023. We don’t have anything like this in Cedar Park located in Williamson County where you get a rooftop balcony with views. There are a few townhomes listed in the MLS with the cheapest list price being $500,000 and that’s a really good price for Cedar Park and in a prime location.
They are pre-selling in the area and are offering awesome incentives. If you use their preferred lenders, they are offering 1% of the total loan and that can be credited towards the closing costs that can help you buy down your interest rate.
The tax rate is going to be 2.33% and that’s on the lower side of the area. This is a townhome community so your HOA fees are going to be substantially more than a single-family home but it’s going to cover more so the HOA is going to be $326 per month.
Schools Near Park Place at Old Mill
Park Place will be zoned by Leander Independent School District including Reed Elementary School, Henry Middle School, and Vista Ridge High School. You kids will be able to ride the buses to schools in Henry and Vista Ridge while Reed might be a bit too far to walk or bike to.
Traffic and Commute Times
You’ll be in a really good area with plenty of accessibility to major roads. Your commute to downtown Austin will be in 25 minutes if there’s no traffic. You’re surrounded by the Apple Campus and other tech companies in the North.
Amenities in Park Place at Old Mill
The community will be close to Lakelike Park, a 200-acre park with different amenities including multi-purpose pavilions, three miles of hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, a fishing pier, and a kayak launch. There will also be sports fields and courts available near the park.
