If you’re from Austin you might have heard about the restaurants Uchi/Uchiko and Franklin Barbeque, well the owners of these two fascinating restaurants have brought one of the best Texas and Asian BBQ in town--Loro Austin.
Loro is an Hai Hospitality Restaurant, Asian smokehouse and bar brought to you by James Beard Award winners Chef Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin. The menu focuses on combining Texan and Asian influences that highlight smoked meats, sides, craft beer, and smoked cocktails.
