Our focus is on the agent and so the marketing we put out for our realtors should feature the agent, first and foremost. From personally branded directional signs, to postcards, Instagram and Facebook posts and retargeting images and banners, we put the agents photo and phone number on every piece of content.
Automated Marketing for Listings
Tech is a big buzzword for real estate agents in Austin, but what’s really important is automation, especially when it comes to listings. When an agent has a listing, we’re able to get every piece of branded marketing for that listing ready for every stage of the listing. An important part of leveraging a home listing is to make sure that the Austin realtor who is promoting the listing not only has the marketing at their fingertips but that this marketing can be deployed in an easy and efficient way. We make audiences in Google and Facebook and Instagram and that includes the agents contact list and every person that visits the agents websites, which we provide.

Real Estate Agent Tech vs Automation
The big buzzword in the industry today is “real estate technology”. It’s all you hear from the big box brokers these days talk about in terms of what real estate agents need these days. I would argue that it’s not the technology that is essential, it’s automation. Even the best Austin real estate companies talk about technology but very few of them talk about automation. We’ve automated Digital Marketing for our agents so that they can rest assured that the promises they make to their clients are happening behind the scenes.
We want our real estate agents to have access to the best training available for real world situations that help our team shine. We’re not talking about issues like “how many square feet are in an acre”. We cover negotiation techniques, sales training, land use and contract changes. Social Media Training for Real Estate Agents
A big part of what we do as a company is marketing and branding. It’s been what put Spyglass Realty on the map and we’re constantly sharing best practices with our realtors as well as an online source for them to pick content to share on social media.
We have templated design marketing for agents but we also have a full time graphic designer that can customize material for agents for farming and online marketing.
We offer consultation on starting geographical farm for agents to use direct mail marketing and supplement that with social media marketing through Facebook and Instagram.
Home Staging Services
In order to win listings, you need to be able to differentiate yourself from the competition. Spyglass Realty has two full-time certified home stagers on staff and we offer this service, free of charge, to our agents when they win a listing. In addition to the marketing services, the offer of complementary staging services to a potential seller, can be the difference between getting a listing or not in many cases.
For agents who don’t have a full book of business, or agent that want to increase their business outside of their sphere of influence, we have hundreds of online leads come through our website each month and our agents have the option of jumping into the program as needed.
We offer 6-week accountability groups that are designed to have the people that join them support each other and act as accountability partners for the period that they are in these groups. We’ve found amazing results from the agents that attend these while not mandatory, these groups are available for agents that need the extra push to get past a hump in their business.
