Austin City Lofts Walkthrough

Austin City Lofts One-Bedroom Condo Unit

Do you want to know what the downtown lifestyle is like living in Central Downtown? We're going to take a look at a one-bedroom unit at the Austin City Lofts right next to Whole Foods, the Google building, and the Seaholm Plant.

Residence

Who is this building for? It's probably not for families. If you're looking to move downtown and you don't have kids, if you're a couple, or you're not gonna have kids for a few years, this may be a great place to stay.

This unit has one bedroom, two full baths, and a murphy bed. There's no privacy here. This place is also unfurnished. I'm friends with the listing agent who gave me a look at it before, we may need to come back and look at it when it's furnished to show you what it looks like.

Amenities

The amenities of this property of this unit is that it's 1600 square feet. It's got to wrap around courts, you're really close to everything. Whole Foods, Google's sail building, truly walkable without having to get into a Uber. You can take a bike or rideshare to Central Downtown as opposed to some of the Rainey videos that we've done.

What do you think about this place? What would you like to see in a property like this? Would you like to see it sectioned off?

Austin City Lofts Two-Bedroom Condo Unit

Today we're looking at Austin City Lofts in the middle of Downtown Austin. This is going to be different than the other ones we've seen on Rainey Street because we're right near the new Google Sail building near Whole Foods. Everything you want is walkable from grocery stores and amenities. Is this good for a family? Is it good for a single person?

Austin City Lofts is situated in one of the best locations in Austin where you can see a great view from your balcony. The unit featured in the video is a two-bedroom, 2,268 square feet unit. As you can see in the walkthrough the bedroom to the right is not a real bedroom. I think this will be difficult for anyone with kids to have, also if you were someone that wanted to have guests over that room’s not closed off, no privacy.

What do you think? Do you think that you could live here with a family? Would it be a good place to have a guest overnight guest? The price for these units in Austin City Lofts is between $800 and $1,000 a foot. This one has been one of the more well-done remodels that I've seen. This property was built in 2003, it's been really well-updated in this particular unit.
