Kendra Randolph

Starting her professional career in Corporate and Leisure travel almost 20 years ago, coordinating everything from family Disney trips, to destination weddings, and corporate travel for executives, celebrities and celebrity athletes. Kendra values what it means to provide an exceptional level of Client and customer service, while learning the value of commitment, collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit.

While working in the travel industry Kendra, received her Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Baker University. She traveled to many states and countries in search for her life purpose. After working many years in the travel industry and moving to different cities, she wanted more from life.

Kendra and her husband Remone moved to Seattle, purchasing a quad-plex. Owning and managing a property gave her a passion for all things Real Estate. Over the next few years, she learned the ins and outs of Real Estate Investing and self-managing properties.

Wanting warmer climate and greater investing opportunities, Kendra and her family relocated to Austin. Her love for Austin and Real Estate is pure serendipity. She now has a city she can call home, enjoying her adopted city of Austin because of its eclectic roots and laid-back vibe; the overall quality of southern life.

Having an infectious enthusiasm for Real Estate, Kendra and Remone created a podcast discussing all things real estate. With her commercial and residential investor experience, Kendra successfully received her Texas Real Estate license, becoming a REALTOR ®. Her Real Estate experience enables her to share her excitement with clients, whether you’re a first-time buyer, residential investor, relocating, selling a home, moving within Austin, or need real estate advice.

Kendra enjoys reading, yoga, exploring Austin, and being a novice foodie. Having lived in several cities, she has gained valuable knowledge in different real estate markets and would love to help you on your journey to becoming a home buyer or investor.
