The award-winning restaurant opened in 2003 by Chef Tyson Cole. One of Austin’s treasured restaurants that brings a non-traditional Japanese cuisine that has been widely loved in Austin. You’ll find different selections on the menu such as Hamachi Baby Yellowtail, Sake Toro Salmon Belly, Ikura and, Wagyu Torch-Seared Beef.
