Eberly is Austin’s must-try restaurants owned by Eddy Paterson and John Scott.  Considered as one of the most beautiful restaurants in South Austin, the interior and exterior of the restaurant will stun you due to the mid-century/contemporary and trendy modern decor and design. Take a look at their green room which is decorated with books, stunning ceiling lights, and plantings.

The staff is pleasant and the hospitality is amazing. You’ll be excited thinking about hosting events here. Brunch is one of the things to look forward to when you visit Eberly! Happy hour schedules are Sundays and Mondays, all night, and from Tuesdays to Friday from 5 pm to 7 pm. Besides the restaurant space, it also has a study and a rooftop bar at the Tavern. Uchi is one of the hottest restaurants in town and is also Austin’s treasure that brings a non-traditional Japanese cuisine that has been widely loved in Austin. Staff is friendly and the service, especially at the sushi bar, is impeccable.

You’ll find different selections on the menu such as Hamachi Baby Yellowtail, Sake Toro Salmon Belly, Ikura and, Wagyu Torch-Seared Beef. The restaurant's ambiance is sleek and sultry. Ingredients, especially the fish are flown in daily from Tokyo's Tsujiki fish market. Their outstanding sushi dishes will keep you coming back to savor every taste of each dish.
