Shaun has had the pleasure of calling Austin home since 2010. Originally from Wisconsin, he has worked all over the world. Shaun joined the United States Navy and volunteered for submarine service at the age of 18. That experience helped build his unmatched work ethic.
Shaun has consistently been a top agent in production since becoming a realtor in 2017. Shaun specializes in working with a variety of clients, from first-time buyers & sellers to seasoned investors. In his spare time Shaun enjoys supporting the Leander Wolfpack, a minor-professional football team he co-founded in 2017 as well as other entrepreneurial endeavors.

So, even before I started working with him, I had an idea that he would be good. However, I did not anticipate that he would be that awesome! Since it was my first time purchasing a property, I needed a lot of hand-holding and assurances. He took all my criteria into consideration, and made suggestions wherever necessary. Never pushed me to take a deal and promptly answered all my queries. Since I am out of town, I could not physically visit the properties I liked. He drove to around 7-8 properties for me, made detailed videos, ran the comps and even gave his own recommendations on the price we should bid at.
After the bidding process was done and we had settled on a property, he helped me with his contacts whenever I asked him - from lenders to inspectors to contractors. You can see that he is experienced from his ability to spot any potential problems from miles away. His work ethic, promptness and punctuality are inspiring to say the least. In almost 2 months of working on this deal, he has never once responded to me later than 12 hours or so. Finally, he made sure that the close process was not stressful for me.
