Nikki moved to Austin in 2011 after spending her early years on her family's 2,000 acre farm in Missouri. She was awarded an academic scholarship to attend the University of Missouri and in 2008 obtained her B.S. in Design and Merchandising. The first in her family to attend college, Nikki is someone who has proven herself to be tenacious and driven, yet down-to-earth. She treats people with respect and knows how to roll up her sleeves to get the results she's seeking.
After spending a decade working in fashion retail management, she segued into account management in the tech space. Once she became a mother, she made the choice to pursue her real estate license and has been a realtor ever since. She continually educates herself on real estate topics in order to stay on top of Austin's ever-changing market and industry.
Nikki loves Austin's creative and industrious energy. There are so many opportunities that living in this great city provides and she's dedicated to helping those who are both established residents or new to the city, buy or sell the property that fits their needs/goals. She is an accomplished negotiator who also understands the financial importance of every real estate transaction. Nikki appreciates that her clients expect personalized counsel, and her attention to detail affords her clients peace of mind, knowing that no element of their transaction will be overlooked. Her aim is to have relaxed and confident clients at the closing table.
Nikki enjoys being a mom to her two daughters, gardening, cooking, playing tennis, singing/writing music and volunteering at her favorite charities.
