Mark Gellenbeck brings a diverse background in real estate and housing services to his work with clients throughout the Austin area. His experience spans residential real estate, off-market opportunities, investor relationships, residential leasing, and apartment locating, giving him a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate the housing market.
Before focusing his career in real estate, Mark spent seven years working in mortgage servicing, gaining valuable insight into the financial and operational side of homeownership. He also has hands-on experience as a leasing agent, helping clients navigate the rental process from finding the right property to getting settled into their new home.
Mark’s experience working with investors and off-market properties has given him an appreciation for creative opportunities and a strong understanding of how to look beyond the traditional path to a transaction. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, find an investment property, sell a property, or navigate a lease, he brings a practical, detail-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to making the process feel approachable.
Outside of real estate, Mark enjoys exploring Austin, running, paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time with his partner and their pets. He’s proud to call Austin home and enjoys helping others find a place where they can build a life they love.
