Joe Coito is a real estate agent, entrepreneur, investor, event creator and consultant. For nearly three decades, the athlete and lifelong sports enthusiast owned and operated a sports event promotion and recreation management company in Santa Barbara, California. Over the years, Joe created, organized and produced countless multi-sport events ranging from a cross-country triathlon from Santa Monica to New York City to a corporate teambuilding expedition through Baja, Mexico.
An avid real estate enthusiast, Joe has owned and managed rental properties in California and Texas, and even flipped a house on TV. (It was his wife’s idea.) When he sold his recreation company, Joe decided to put his knowledge and experience to use and embark on a second career in real estate. Joe prides himself on being honest, reliable, meticulous, and creative, and he understands deeply that buying and selling properties can be both exciting and incredibly complex. His goal is to be the skilled real estate expert every client wants and needs, and to make each transaction successful and seamless.
Joe earned a B.S. in finance from the San Diego State University and enjoyed a six-year stint in banking before turning his focus to sports promotion and later real estate. Joe enjoys anything and everything related to being active outdoors, particularly tennis, hiking, wake surfing, and downhill skiing. He loves living in Austin with his wife and two nearly-adult daughters.
