NEW Downtown Austin Condo Under Construction
We visited the construction zone of The Vesper, and in the video above we're going to give you a run-through of all the amenities and the condo layout and everything here.
The Vesper is located at 84 East Avenue in downtown Austin. It backs the popular Rainey Street entertainment district. It offers 284 total units that consist of penthouses, one- to two-bedroom condos coming in three curated finish schemes.
Vesper is developed by Pearl Stone Partners and ATCO and designed by STG Design and McCray & Co. It is slated for completion in 2024.
The Vesper Amenities
The Vesper will be having 24-hour concierge services, coworking spaces, and conference rooms on the other side of the lobby. Liquor lockers are also available where you have a spot to keep liquor bottles and glasses in the lobby. Vesper is in the heart of the Rainey District. They are boasting that they will have vibrant spaces, real class amenities, and luxury living as you've always imagined.
The parking spaces are between floors two through eleven. Relax and unwind with the amenities available taking luxury living to the next level. On the 11th floor is where their amenity spaces are located including an indoor gym, yoga studios, and spinning room cycles. They'll have views of Town Lake and downtown Austin.
I will tell you that I know that this would be a mid-level building. It's going to be great, but I don't think it's going to have the luxury like 44 East or The Modern, but it also will have prices to reflect that as well.

Different Scheme and Finishes at The Vesper
Four schemes that they have for the best for each floor level come with your choice of three different curated schemes. They have Desert Calm, Midcentury Austin, and Industrial Rainey.
The Desert Calm scheme has neutral tones with bright and warm finishes with shades of light and wood. The Midcentury Austin scheme provides finishes that consist of medium wood paired with deep colors that provide a look of refinement in your home. The final scheme is Industrial Rainey, which brings in moody and elegant finishes with deep wood tones and textured elements.
