Ryan Rodenbeck is widely recognized as one of Austin’s leading real estate brokers. He founded Spyglass Realty in 2008, transforming it from a solo practice into one of the city’s most respected independent brokerages. Originally from Louisiana, Ryan relocated to Austin in 2001 and quickly built a reputation as a top-producing agent. By 2015, he earned placement in the Austin Business Journal Top 50 Realtors and the Platinum Top 50 Realtors. With a growing client base and proven success, Ryan shifted his focus to building a full-service brokerage. Within a few years, Spyglass Realty scaled from a small team to more than 100 high-performing agents, without hiring part-timers or new licensees. His leadership is centered on helping seasoned professionals double or even triple their production while delivering exceptional client results.
Ryan’s expertise extends beyond brokerage leadership. He has served as an advisor to leading real estate and technology companies, including Ylopo, Workplace by Facebook, and The Genie.ai.
