Now it’s time for due diligence on your purchase. We can recommend a pre-construction lawyer that will protect your best interest. All clauses, conditions and costs in your agreement will be reviewed during the conditional stage, known as the 10-day cooling period.
Once you’ve firmed up your pre-construction purchase, the waiting game begins. Construction typically takes 2-4 years. This timeline will vary by development. While you are waiting, we will provide updates on the progress of construction and overall development of the area.
