Realtor
My name is Nancy Kinstler and I’ve been around Austin my whole life. I grew up in Dripping Springs out in the hill country with my family. I went to Texas State University and majored in Geography.
After I graduated, I moved to downtown Austin and started my career in real estate. The majority of my work has been client-facing and representing my clients in the best way possible. I am very customer focused in my work. I got introduced to real estate as a land development specialist and in that role I represented deals all across the country. I moved into residential real estate because I wanted to focus more on helping people. My skill set was primed and ready to be a great help to people finding a home in Austin. I am very familiar with the area and I understand negotiation from my previous job and how to keep good working relationships. My favorite thing about Austin is the eclectic culture and exciting atmosphere that is ever-changing but always feels like home.
Some of my favorite things to do outside of work are hiking the greenbelt, taking my paddle board out on ladybird lake, wakeboarding with friends on Lake Travis, practicing yoga at Zilker park, shopping at local vendors, and listening to live music.
