Maryanne Billones

Originally from San Diego, California. Maryanne now calls Austin home after moving here in 2011. She quickly realized the appeal of the Austin vibe and what it had to offer and decided to pursue a career in real estate in which she sold hundreds of new homes with a national builder. Her experience with new home sales, first time home buyers, move up buyers, empty nesters and investors have boosted her knowledge of the real estate industry.

Maryanne’s mission is simple: “Treat clients with the utmost respect and integrity.” Her commitment to excellence and customer service have developed trust and rapport with every client she encounters. Whether buying or selling, Maryanne utilizes her business and marketing knowledge, attention to detail, negotiation and communication skills and love for real estate to take amazing care of her clients and make their real estate dreams a reality.

When not working with clients or on the small ranchette where she lives with her partner, Joe, six mini donkeys and two cats, Maryanne can be spotted hitting the trail or SUP’ing Town Lake or out and about exploring all the good eats ATX has to offer!
