"I was looking for a home in a very difficult market. Houses in my price range were selling in hours, not days. Despite this, Kris quickly understood my needs and focused on houses that met my needs. As a matter of fact, I trusted his judgement so much that I told him that while I was gone, if he found the right house, to put it under contract. Fortunately, we were able to find a Great house and will be closing tomorrow. During construction, Kris has been to the site, taken pictures and sent them to me and has participated in the inspections and is doing the final sign off for me. We were also moving from out of state so our process was a little different and included a lot of virtual tours.
Kris is a natural people person but his strong work ethic and the way he strives to truly go above and beyond is apparent in every thing he does for you. I never felt like a checkbook to him and appreciated the constant communication so we never felt like we were left in the dark.
