Dustin Raye began his real estate career in 2006 while working for GMAC Mortgage as an REO Asset Manager. Throughout his tenure at GMAC Dustin had the opportunity to negotiate in excess of 1,000 closed real estate transactions. This volume afforded him unique insights into how the real estate markets function, as well as what motivates buyers and sellers.
