What's it like to live in downtown Austin on Rainey Street just steps from lady bird lake hike and bike trail at a complex Its priced is around $700 a square foot? Believe it or not, it's actually a good deal for real estate in Austin, Texas. We're going to share with you The Milago Condos on Rainey Street.
In the video above, we visited a two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the sixth floor of The Milago located on the backside of Rainey Street, next to the Mexican Art Museum. The unit's interior has granite countertops, walnut cabinets, and faded cherrywood flooring. What's cool about this piece of realty unit is its price compared to some of the smaller floor plans. You get a lot of square feet. The Milago units were built in 2006 with 240 units and 13 floors.
The Milago condominiums have a 24-hour concierge. Its located in the Rainey Street District, which is one of the best entertainment spots in Austin. As for this particular unit, you can see that it’s a bit dated. It has 2006 stainless steel appliances, wood floors, and one-foot by one-foot tile. But at the list price compared to the other high-rises, there’s plenty of savings to make upgrades.

From the rooftop of The Milago, you'll be able to see Natiivo Austin and a nice rooftop pool with stunning views of downtown Austin. Other condos amenities include a landscaped deck overlooking the Town Lake, a fitness center and aerobics center, and a modern clubroom for gathering and private entertaining. This is Rainey Street's least busy street so you're probably not going to experience as much noise in your condo.
