About the Community
The community is located off County Road 175, the same as Lost Woods Preserve, and is currently available by appointment only. The tax rate is low at 2.19, and the HOA monthly fee will be around $60. The community is zoned to Leander ISD, which includes Tarvin Elementary, Styles Middle School, and Rouse High School. It's about 28 miles from downtown Austin and only five miles from the Leander metro rail station.

Pros and Cons of Living in Edgewood
One of the pros of Edgewood is the excellent builder and highly desirable location. The Southwest Regional Park is nearby, and shopping needs are within a 10-minute drive. The community will offer a pool, playground, pond, walking and jogging trails, and a community center, making it a great community for families.
As for the cons, there's not much to mention. It might be a little quieter, but it's not on a main road, and there might be a lot of premium for some of the lots.
