My name is Ryan Rodenbeck and I am the owner, broker of Spyglass Realty and Investments. We want to be unique. We want to grow but not to a point where we lose our identity. In order to have an efficient place to train, to communicate, to create a company culture, we needed a tool that could be versatile to be everywhere all at once, and we needed something that was easy to use. 

Before Workplace, we were taking hours to onboard someone with a task. We're literally breaking that down into 30 minutes. We're taking screenshots of every system and every technology that we use. We'd have the person who was on boarding to go through every single video. If they needed to, they could stop to get more familiar. And when they come in, it's just a recap of stuff they've already gone over.

When we get a listing agreement signed, we start a group with the name of the street. I add my office manager, I add my marketing assistant, I add my virtual assistant, and we start building a group based on the files, the pictures, the communications with the seller, and every component is housed within that group. For a top producing agent to be successful, there tends to be a team involved in that. So if I go to a listing that we're taking on, we'll make a group, I'll take a picture of the outside, and I'll do a live video of the inside. The purpose of this is that we're going to have a staging appointment coming up soon. I want the stager to know what they're getting into before they even get to the place.

I think the way we're using Workplace now is going to allow our business to go from a small to a medium business. It's going to allow me to, what I call, scale to freedom.
