I was born and raised in Missouri and moved to Austin after graduating college to start a career in real estate but put that on hold due to the market crash of 2009. I ended up getting into corporate sales which transferred back to the Midwest after a few short years in Austin. I missed the people and the outdoor lifestyle that helps make Austin so vibrant so much I decided enough was enough and moved back to pursue a career in real estate, my lifelong love affair. My diverse professional background in corporate sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship allows me to bring a different approach to real estate. On the listing side, it’s all about the marketing. Having built and sold a retail food business marketing is something I’m good at and love. There’s no better feeling than getting a client more money because their house was marketed correctly. It’s no wonder I ended up working for Spyglass Realty & Investments who’s list to sale price was 99.9% in 2017. On the buyer side, it’s all about negotiating the best deal. In my corporate sales days, I handle negotiations on multi-million dollar contracts with billion dollar companies. I bring those skills to each and every deal to ensure my clients get the best deal possible.
