Katie is a native Texan who grew up in Dallas, and relocated to Austin in 2016. She majored in Finance, and worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for 12 years, with a focus on Leasing/Mineral Buying/Contract Negotiations and Deal Structure. She now specializes in selling Ranch properties in the Texas Hill Country region. She worked for a developer/private investor selling unimproved land in Mason, TX, prior to joining Spyglass Realty. Katie places an emphasis on making the buying process for her clients a smooth transaction, and she prides herself on her availability and problem solving techniques. She has joined Spyglass with plans to diversify her portfolio by assisting Buyers/Sellers in the Central Texas residential market. When Katie is not busy researching properties for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband. They love to take motorcycle cruises in the Hill County, or go for a stroll around Town Lake with their dog, Otis.
