They staged the home beautifully (no extra fee), marketed the home online, created demand, and the house was bombarded with people visiting the first weekend it was on the market. They were in constant contact with us. The house sold at almost exactly what they said it would sell for.....in three days. They do what they say they will do and you can trust their guidance. They were all incredibly friendly and professional. These folks set the standard for all realtors to aspire to. You won’t be disappointed.

Working with John McCarthy from a seller's perspective has been amazing. He is sharp, ambitious and professional. The technical tools he made available gave us to have peace of mind including an app with the ability to give us showing times and feedback instantly so we didn't have to wait for feedback after each showing.  Another tool he used allowed us to see the project and any update to it. Complete accountability at every step; we joked that he was setting the bar very high! He handled issues if they arose with a calm and professional demeanor. I highly recommend John and can only imagine the wonders he can do to represent a buyer! We are already discussing the next project with John!

Our experience with Spyglass Realty is really good Ryan was very helpful and he was always there when we pick up the phone or send an email and very responsive with the things that we needed as sellers it was always, you know we had questions or we were nervous about something that you know Ryan was very helpful during the entire process. He also helped a lot with our asking price he fought for that and we greatly appreciate it. Ryan’s wife came by and she helped us staged the house and it was a lot of work but it was worth every second we spent on that she told us exactly what to do, what to leave, what to take out, went to buy to decorate. I had my property listed before and it did not get the results I wanted so I talked to Spyglass. I was really impressed with how they took everything from the beginning to the end, they helped stage the place, they helped contractors lined up, it was sort of a self contained holistic approach, and I was very pleased with the results. I think one of the things that spyglass did that helped a great deal was that they have such internet presence, that they’re able to come in, have a vision of what they wanted the house to look like make the adjustments and then they were able to present that in a way where people can get to it through different websites, or their own website and also we can see on their website and have tours of the house, it was very effective, I thought. On the house we sold. We set the high comp for the area we sold in. We had multiple offers and the one that ended up winning was because of a follow-up call since they expressed they really liked the house, but didn't make an offer. That follow-up call based on feedback from the buyers realtor got us the best offer.
