Located on West Avenue and stretching from 3rd and 4th streets, this property has a an almost brownstone look and feel, which is quite different than most of the other downtown Austin condos for lease.
The location offers access to both Town Lake/Lady Bird Lake to the South and Shoal Creek to the right. It has four small courtyards and a pool and a hot tub. From the pool courtyard you see right up at The Spring Condos.
This is another great place for pet owners and nature lovers. With direct access, steps from the building, to Shoal Creek, this makes it very attractive.
There are two types of units here in this building. You get a choice of loft style or townhome style. The lofts come with stained concrete floors, walk in closets in the bedroom and are laid out in a spacious manner. The lofts tend to have more of an industrial feel.
The townhome style that I toured had hardwood floors and carpet. I toured the 2 bed, 2 bath one. It had one bedroom downstairs with a bathroom and living area. Upstairs there is a loft/landing area that overlooks the downstairs. The other bedroom and bath are located here. The bedroom has a balcony that overlooks street and downtown Austin.
There is also a rooftop deck that overlooks downtown Austin. The tenants can entertain visitors there. As far as downtown Austin condos for leaseor apartments for lease, this is a great location. Don’t expect a huge deal, because they are running at 96% occupancy here. A trend that I am seeing all over downtown Austin.
