As listing agents for foreclosure properties, we get a lot of calls from hopeful home “flippers”. While we understand the lure of the quick flip, we try to educate prospects about the nuances of the industry and that flipping homes is an art form, not a hobby.
Our mission is to guide real estate investors to Austin foreclosure properties that with minor cosmetic renewal offer investors an asset at 10-20% below market value, delivering cash flow and appreciation.
