This building is top of the list for Downtown Austin Condos for Lease.  This luxury high rise building has everything that you would find in a downtown Austin condo for sale, but in an apartment setting. 

Unlike most of the, luxury upgrades come standard with all units.  Granite countertops, wood plank floors, gourmet kitchens and washer and dryer come standard with every unit.  The building itself is a 31 story luxury high rise with panoramic views of downtown Austin. 

The resident amenities are located on the bottom floor past the lobby.  There is a huge common area that can be used as a club house.  Custom cabinet and granite are everywhere.  There is a coffee dispenser that residents and guests can use.  Also in the clubhouse is a entertainment center with a flat screen TV.  They have a Wi, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 available for the residences use.  There is also a variety of movies for the quest to use.  Also, there are two, two seat kayaks available for use and a couple of bikes.


 

The fact that this nice property is SO close to Lady Bird Lake makes it very appealing.

Next to the clubhouse is the gym and as far as weight equipment goes, I this is about as good a room as the downtown Austin condos for sale. 

There are units ranging from one bedroom, one bath 653 square feet to three bedroom, two baths up to 2869 square feet. 

I think that this building really raises the bar as far as downtown Austin condos for lease.  I will say that currently, this is my favorite.
