About my Dedication to the Neighborhood...
Travis Country has been our home for over six years. It is my favorite neighborhood in town and my main focus in real estate. I take pride in assisting sellers relocate within Travis Country to fit their family's needs and helping new neighbors discover the wonderful place we call home. I only take on a limited number of clients so that I can give each person the level of service I feel they deserve. I cherish the relationships that are built during this process and am available to my clients 24/7. I promise not to leave any questions unanswered and to guide you through the entire process. My husband and I work as a team. Ryan has participated in over $100 million in real estate transactions over the past 6 years and with that experience comes excellent negotiation skills and technical knowledge that inexperienced realtors just don't have. I am a certified stager, a service which not only brings me great happiness, but is also provided free of charge to those clients we work with. Please take a look at our client testimonials page and see what our clients have been saying!
About Travis Country...
Located in Southwest Austin with quick access to Mopac and 290/71, Travis Country Subdivision is one of the closest planned neighborhoods to downtown Austin. It is also proudly deemed Austin’s first environmentally planned neighborhood and is home to over 1,500 Travis Country homes. When the neighborhood was originally established in 1972-1973, the developers used the natural landscape of the area to guide where streets and homes would be. Developers wanted to keep as many trees and greenspace for residents to enjoy for years to come. Today the following parks and trails can be accessed from our neighborhood*:
Sycamore Creek Trail
This 1.5 mile trail runs through the woods between the Blue Valley and
Hilltop Recreational areas. The trail is unimproved and maintained by
volunteers in the community.
Gaines Creek Park
This City of Austin Nature Park is located immediately off Republic of Texas
Boulevard, across from Dawn Song.
Barton Creek Greenbelts
The Barton Creek Greenbelts are City of Austin property. Trails for Travis
Country residents can be accessed on Copperwood and Sendero Drive.
Additionally, Travis Country residents have access to pools and other recreational outlets in two areas of the neighborhood*:
Blue Valley Recreational Area
- 1 baby pool, 1 large pool, 1 diving pool
- Children's fenced playground (ages 0 -12)
- Lighted basketball courts
- 6 lighted tennis courts.
- Large park setting with trees, picnic tables, grills, and a pond.

Hilltop Recreational Area
- 1 baby pool, 1 large pool with swimming lanes, and a “beach” area for
young children.
- Children's fenced playground (ages 0 -12)
- Lighted basketball court
- 2 lighted tennis courts.
- Small grassy area with trees, picnic tables, and grills.
