We believe in the profitability of real estate investment, and that’s why we encourage our clients to take advantage of the softening real estate market by buying undervalued multi-family or foreclosure single-family residences.

As listing agents for foreclosure properties, we get a lot of calls from hopeful home “flippers.” While we understand the lure of the quick flip, we try to educate prospects about the nuances of the industry and that flipping homes is an art form, not a hobby. It’s a full time job and for the most part, we can’t help those folks. Only lately have we seen properties on the MLS that qualify as "flips", but those are few and far between.

Our mission is to guide real estate investors to foreclosure properties that with minor cosmetic renewal offer investors an asset at 10-20% below market value, delivering cash flow and appreciation. We believe this is a recipe for a good investment portfolio. Instant equity is our specialty. This is not a “get rich quick” scheme, but rather a roadmap to gain equity immediately and watch it grow steadily.
